Universal Orlando unveils last details of HHN 27
With the announcement on 4 original houses, Universal has finally given all details for this year's Halloween event. The 4 original concepts are named Scarecrow: The Reaping, Dead Waters, The Fallen, and The Hive. These houses join the stellar lineup of houses based on The Shining, American Horror Story, Ash Vs. Evil Dead, Saw, as well as a house dedicated to Blumhouse Productions.
The event will also include 5 scarezones throughout the park, as well as 2 shows. After popular demand, performance troupe Academy of Villains will return with a new show entitled Afterlife. Also returning will be the long standing Bill and Ted Excellent Halloween Adventure. However, this will be the farewell tour, as Universal will be discontinuing the show after 26 years.
Halloween Horror Nights 27 runs on select nights starting September 15, and ending November 4. Single day tickets, as well as various multi-day passes are available online. Various add-ons are also available, including the Unmasking the Horror behind the scenes tours of the houses, as well as Scareactor Dining, an opportunity to eat at the Universal Classic Monsters Cafe, with monsters from the event to interact with.
